Return & Exchange Policy

At TMPL, each item is made specifically for you. Because all of our products are custom-printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

What We Do Accept

We will gladly replace or refund items that are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during manufacturing

  • Damaged in transit

If you receive an item with a defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tmplactive.com

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
